Question: After upgrading my account I cannot update the activation key and it will not allow me to recover the files, please help I need the files in an hour.

Answer: Because your activation number is for version 1 of Boomerang. The solution is to upgrade your activation number using the EXPRESS UPGRADE option at the Boomerang Order page.
